Simone Cowland Trust was form in January 2006 following the loss of Simone Cowland to Cystic Fibrosis, our aim is to raise funds and and give additional support to the specialist CF ward at The Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Trust to improve the lives of the patients who often spend many weeks on the ward receiving treatment and at times in complete isolation. Cystic Fibrosis is a life limiting illness with the average age expectancy being 31 years.
Whilst the CF Trust raises huge amounts each year there primamry role is research which is essential however we want to help those that are suffering now and make their lives as comfortable as possible whilst they are with us.

Our Vision-

Our vision is to donate £500,000 to the Foulis Ward over a five year period which will enable them to keep all of the added services going long term fo rthe patients, we also want to extend our donations to other Cystic Fibrosis specialist units once we have acheived this goal and help as many Cystic Fibrosis sufferers as possible.

Programmes and Activities-

Our programme of events is to hold a Gala Ball every two years our previous events have been at the London Savoy & Dorchester Hotels both raising in excess of £100,000 pictures and video footage can been seen on our website www.simonecowlandtrust.com
We have also had individual supporters of the charity running the marathon and other events of this kind raising money throughout the year.
